Job Description
This role requires demonstrating platform expertise to clients, automating customer onboarding, collaborating with the AI Labs Team, and serving as the technical point of contact for clients. You will support the rollout of AI features, refine campaigns, and transform manual requests into automated solutions. The internal technical voice of the customer is needed by collecting product feedback and supporting roadmap decisions. Working with raw platform data to help customers run more detailed analysis to optimize results. Reducing the need for product team attendance on customer calls by providing expert technical guidance.
