Job Description
The Account Management team is part of the Sales Team at Gorgias, driving growth in ARR through renewals, cross-selling, and upselling. As the Account Manager (AM), you will manage a portfolio of approximately 120 enterprise accounts, responsible for growth, retention, and influence. You'll collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to create tailored plans, engage with executive-level stakeholders, and partner with CS, Product, and Legal teams. Document account activities in the CRM, travel for in-person meetings, and use data to inform strategies.
3-4 years of experience managing and selling into mid-market SaaS accounts ($5M+ in GMV), with a proven track record of driving growth through expansion across portfolios exceeding $1M ARR is expected. A background in engaging and influencing C-level executives, proficiency in data analysis, strategic problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and adaptability are also desired.
