Key Responsibilities:
- Enterprise Data Strategy: Own the enterprise data strategy and multi-year roadmap, define architecture, lead platform evolution, and establish data quality standards.
- Data Infrastructure & Engineering: Oversee ETL/ELT pipelines, cloud data infrastructure, and ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
- Business Intelligence & Analytics: Own enterprise reporting strategy, develop executive dashboards, lead deep analytical projects supporting all business functions.
AI Strategy:
- Develop enterprise AI roadmap, identify high-value opportunities, lead implementation of predictive analytics and machine learning, evaluate Generative AI solutions.
- Build responsible AI standards covering privacy and security, drive AI adoption through education and governance.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years in Data, Analytics, Data Engineering, or AI; 3+ years leading technical teams.
- Strong SQL expertise, experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar, and enterprise BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience implementing AI or machine learning in production and familiarity with Python and modern AI frameworks.
