Job Description

Talent Acquisition:

Contribute to building the future of Voyage Privé’s tech, product, and data teams.

Own full-cycle recruitments and talent pipelines for digital roles (tech, product, data), in close collaboration with the TA team.

Ensure operational excellence and strong process discipline across all active recruitments.

Candidate Experience:

Craft a seamless and high-quality candidate experience, ensuring consistency from first contact to onboarding.

Passionate about identifying exceptional talent and building high-performing teams.

Use recruitment KPIs and market insights to continuously refine strategies and increase hiring impact.

Strategy:

Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, define priorities, and design effective sourcing strategies.

Lead strategic projects to improve recruitment impact, including initiatives around employer branding, recruitment tools, process documentation, and workflow optimization.

Data-driven, detail-oriented, and always looking for ways to improve.
