As a Wrike Solutions Consultant, your role encompasses the technical elements of the sales process, partnering with the Sales team to successfully close deals. Your main responsibility involves assisting customers in efficiently and easily assessing Wrike, ensuring a clear alignment between Wrike's features and their business value. This is achieved through conducting detailed technical discovery and qualification meetings, creating tailored demos, and handling Proof of Concepts (POCs). You support the acquisition of new clients while strengthening relationships within existing accounts.
Solutions Consultants work strategically with Account Executives to broaden Wrikeβs presence in accounts and territories. This involves establishing yourself as a reliable technical advisor to customers and cultivating robust technical relationships in your accounts. You'll also play a key role in guiding new team members, sharing your knowledge and bringing value to the wider organization.
