PayDo is seeking a Marketing Team Lead/Head to transform their marketing strategy, leveraging their recent license acquisition to capitalize on new market opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will manage the development and execution of marketing strategies for B2B and B2C customers, focusing on achieving campaign goals and enhancing brand visibility. This involves leading the marketing team, establishing KPIs, and utilizing analytics to optimize campaigns and produce performance reports.
You will also manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, oversee content creation, drive international market expansion, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Market research, competitor analysis, and event coordination are also key aspects of the role.
