Job Description
You will execute innovation projects within key categories, turning strategic direction into launches that reinforce Primal Kitchenβs clean eating positioning. This involves supporting stage gate timelines, coordinating with Sales, Business Development, and Agile Working teams. A key category focus will be on Oils, Collagen/Supplements, Dips, Ketchup, and Mustard, with responsibility for ad-hoc projects driven by ingredient shortage-related challenges.
You will draft consumer-centric product briefs and partner with R&D to refine formulations, claims, and specs, integrating consumer insights from the Base Brand team. Leverage syndicated data sources to understand performance, diagnose challenges, and track innovation performance, updating forecast assumptions based on in-market data. Liaise with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and BD/Agile teams to secure innovation inputs, track project budgets, and provide regular updates to leadership.
