Sr. Manager, Sales Strategy & Field Operations

Coupa is seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Strategy & Field Operations to cover the APAC region. This role will drive maximize/enhancement sales performance to promote the growth of the business across APAC Specifically, it involves planning sales strategies, measuring KPIs, visualizing data and performance, analyzing situations. Based on these metrics, actions will be taken like guiding the sales team or collaborating with other stakeholders. It is important to build relationships with the sales team and collaborate with the global sales strategy and field operations teams. Communication skills are also important, as is the ability to provide feedback for improvement even in difficult situations and convince the other party. The Sr. Manager will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement Sales strategies that align with the Coupa global goals and objectives.
