Associate General Counsel

Legal Strategy:

• Managing the company's litigation and dispute resolution strategy globally.
• Building new frameworks to minimize legal risks across our rapidly evolving industry.
• Advising the company on legal risks and the development of case law affecting our industry.

Legal Management:

• Overseeing and managing all litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters globally.
• Managing outside counsel to effectively and efficiently represent Uniswap Labs.
• Supervising the creation and completion of litigation documents, including pleadings, briefs, and presentations.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Leading cross-functional initiatives to embed legal risk awareness across the organization.
• Conducting and supervising internal investigations related to potential legal, regulatory, or policy matters.
• Working cross-functionally with compliance, security, and HR teams.
