Key Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, dispatch responses, and monitor alerts with empathy and accuracy.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 0-1 year customer service experience, preferably in contact center or healthcare.
- Proficient typing (35 WPM) and ability to navigate multiple systems.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote role, 3rd shift only, includes one weekend day.
