Responsibilities:
- Lead development and implementation of enterprise IAM/ICAM strategies and roadmaps.
- Support identity lifecycle management, access control, and privileged access management initiatives.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity teams, system owners, and business leaders to drive modernization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field; 7+ years of experience.
- Experience with Identity Governance, RBAC/ABAC, authentication, and access certification.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
