Data Engineering Manager

As a Data Engineering Manager, you will be part of the Data Engineering team (15+ people), inside the Data department (30+ people). You will define the team’s roadmap based on business priorities and technical developments, and lead the team’s progress. You will contribute technically to the design and implementation of end-to-end data solutions (ingestion, modeling and validation, governance, etc), and work hand in hand with data scientists and analysts to tailor data solutions to their needs. You will collaborate with Data Analysts and business stakeholders to enable data-driven decision making across the company, as well as create the best atmosphere and motivation in the team. You will grow your team continuously, and team up with other managers to set up the right culture and processes to enable people. You will partner with software engineers to ensure data quality and integrity, helping to establish data as a core part of our production systems, and to uphold high standards of data quality and compliance.
