Job Description

This is a key role within the organization, as MaintainX has seen (and will continue to see) triple-digit, year-over-year growth; thus, creating a need for world-class client care and management. The ideal account executive will be fanatical about customer success and growth and will own a book of business from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion. You will leverage your experience in navigating larger deals to identify and capitalize on expansion opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term business partnerships. You wiil also conduct quarterly business reviews to assess client satisfaction.

Must manage multiple tasks simultaneously, such as client requests, demos, proposals, and follow-ups, using systems like Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo. The right candidate will embrace the entrepreneurial startup mentality of building something new.
