Director of Hotel Technology

We’re looking for an innovative and results-driven Director of Hotel Technology to lead the way in shaping the future of hospitality technology at Davidson Hospitality Group. Reporting directly to our SVP of IT, this role is 100% remote with occasional travel and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across a diverse portfolio of hotels and resorts. You’ll oversee a talented team of Regional IT Managers and spearhead strategic initiatives that enhance performance, strengthen cybersecurity, and elevate the guest experience. From implementing next-generation systems to ensuring seamless property transitions, you’ll be the driving force behind our digital evolution.

Lead and manage a team of Regional IT Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. Oversee IT operations and support across a portfolio of properties, ensuring high standards of service and system performance. Lead complex IT projects and transitions, including onboarding new properties. Ensure all hotel properties maintain compliance with PCI DSS standards and lead cybersecurity initiatives to safeguard guest data, payment systems, and internal networks.
