Job Description

The EMEA Partnerships Manager will be responsible for nurturing, developing, and executing strategic partnerships across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic partnerships, business development, sales, or account management, and have experience working adjacent and/or directly with partners within the hospitality sector. You will work closely with internal teams and key partners to drive growth, expand market share, and deliver value across the region. Responsibilities include Partner Strategy & Development: Identify, engage, contract, and nurture potential strategic partners in the EMEA region to drive business growth. Partnership Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with Canary’s business goals; manage the full lifecycle of partnerships from onboarding to execution and Business Growth: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies that accelerate revenue generation and market expansion. Manage complex contract negotiations and agreements as needed. Qualifications include 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, ideally within hospitality technology. Candidates working directly for hospitality brands will also be strongly considered. Experience in being able to comfortably communicate on complex technical integrations.
