CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Corporate – Development Team at our Norwell, MA office or working remotely. The Software Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for software testing across all the company's software products. The role involves supporting customers and working closely with internal groups to identify and solve system issues and defects. The Software Quality Assurance Analyst will have knowledge of various quality assurance testing practices and the ability to outline and execute quality assurance testing plans. In this role, the individual will work closely with developers, business analysts, other quality assurance analysts, technical support managers, and project managers to improve the company's software products.
