Job Responsibilities:
- Lead quality assurance activities for the full RMF lifecycle, reviewing SSPs, SARs, POA&Ms, and control implementations.
- Validate assessment evidence and coordinate readiness activities across security teams and system owners.
- Develop review checklists and track metrics to improve authorization quality and reduce package rework.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or related field with 5+ years of Federal RMF or A&A experience.
- Strong knowledge of NIST RMF, SP 800-37, SP 800-53 Rev. 5, and FISMA.
- Experience coordinating with ISSOs, system owners, and assessors; preferred experience with NIH, eMASS, or JCAM.
