Job Description

Customer Success Responsibilities:

-Responsible for the end-to-end experience of Enterprise customers, from onboarding to identifying new use cases.

-Monitor product usage and proactively address issues to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

-Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and ML to create feedback loops and shape the future of Photoroom Enterprise.

About You:

-Proven capacity to develop relationships and optimize enterprise customer accounts within SaaS settings.

-Familiar with technical frontend and backend development concepts to consult with and educate customers on our API.

-Extremely organized and able to balance many moving pieces across customer portfolios.

Additional Highlights:

-Self-starter who prioritizes customer experience with a focus on customer happiness and retention.

-Efficient and clear communicator, enthusiastic about AI and joining a fast-growing GenAI startup.

-Fluent in English, and another language is a plus.
