Contract Validation Specialist

Data Validation:

-Validate contract fields in documents imported into Ironclad CLM.

-Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of contract metadata.

-Review and correct discrepancies in contract information.

Documentation and Collaboration:

-Maintain structured documentation of validation progress and issues.

-Collaborate with legal operations or data teams to resolve data quality gaps.

-Follow standardized processes and quality guidelines.

Required Skills:

-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.

-Proficient in MS Excel, SharePoint.

-Excellent organizational and communication skills.
