Data Analyst

The Data Analyst is responsible for developing and communicating reports, insights, narratives, and visualizations related to the effectiveness of Precision Nudging in achieving healthcare outcomes. This role involves close collaboration with behavioral scientists, computer scientists, machine learning engineers, and data engineers to create methods and tools for understanding the efficacy of Lirio's behavior change programs, patient engagement, and machine learning implementations. Key tasks include exploratory data analysis, data model development, code development, and data visualization. Strong communication skills are essential for interpreting data for non-technical audiences and creating compelling data stories that describe Lirio Precision Nudging performance. The Data Analyst will contribute to customer reports, marketing materials, and thought leadership by developing analytical narratives and visualizations.
