Job Description

The Tax Policy & Data Analytics Division seeks a Senior Data Analyst with strong quantitative research skills. Responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing real property transfer data using SAS to produce tables for monthly reports.
  • Assisting with economic and statistical research using SAS, Excel, and other tools.
  • Analyzing compliance issues based on datasets from Property, Exemption, and Personal Income Tax.
  • Utilizing ArcGIS to create maps for the unit and the Division.
  • Designing and developing data models to support efficient data retrieval in Power BI.
