Business & Revenue Operations Specialist

Drive data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across Flywheel, GTM, and Finance teams. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, sales, customer success, finance, and consulting, ensuring that Cobot operates efficiently, stays aligned, and consistently leverages insights to guide decisions. You will develop processes, insights, and reporting frameworks that connect company strategy to measurable outcomes. You will help keep the trains running on time while also building the systems that make them run faster and more efficiently. Design and support repeatable methodologies for customer engagement setup, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout. Oversee resource planning tools and processes to support project staffing and utilization. Build dashboards and analytics that track revenue, margin, utilization, backlog, and CSAT.
