Manager, Cybersecurity

As the Manager, Cybersecurity, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our platform and corporate infrastructure. You will lead the implementation and maintenance of robust security controls, policies, and procedures. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires a deep understanding of cloud security, risk management, compliance frameworks, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and IT operations teams to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our services and data. Core Responsibilities include leading an existing team of Infosec Analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and and high performance, including career development, day-to-day task prioritization, and performance management. Further responsibilities: develop, implement, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices and relevant compliance frameworks. Oversee security assessments, vulnerability management programs, and penetration testing activities to identify and remediate security weaknesses.
