The Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies and activities of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and the implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy. This role is essential in fostering a positive work environment while managing recruitment, talent management, and employee relations, and promoting employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
The responsibilities include strategic HR leadership, HR program administration, compliance and legal oversight, as well as organizational culture and engagement.
