Director, Strategic Delivery People Partnerships

As the Director of Strategic Delivery for the People Partnerships (2P) team, you’ll serve as the right hand and strategic advisor to the SVP of People Partnerships. You’ll lead a team of program and project managers focused on enablement and People team product marketing. You and your team ensure the consistent adoption and execution of People solutions across the enterprise and drive the connective tissue that keeps 2P operating with clarity, rhythm, and impact. It’s an ideal role for a builder, connector, and trusted advisor who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, storytelling and influence. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, scale effective ways of working, and elevate how People programs are positioned, communicated, and experienced across the business. You excel at leading cross-functional alignment, prioritizing work that moves critical outcomes forward, and navigating complex organizational change.
