Job Description
Design, build, and support small applications, integrations, and automations that keep government IT services running smoothly. Partner with service desk, systems, and security teams to improve reliability, reduce toil, and ship user-friendly tools. Write clear documentation and deliver work that meets quality and accessibility standards.
Duties include building and maintaining lightweight apps, scripts, dashboards, and integrations (ticketing, reporting, workflow automation), improving existing internal tools, participating in incident/problem/change work, supporting web services and common platforms, planning and executing small releases, writing and maintaining technical docs, ensuring accessibility, and coordinating with operations and security for events, maintenance windows, and contingency activities as needed.
