Business Intelligence Analyst (System Applications Analyst, Sr.)

Solution Development and Management:

• Development and monitoring of reporting using systems such as Power BI and Epic Reporting Workbench.
• Analyze hospital & professional, along with clinical data to deliver robust data visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
• Ensure data integrity in current system and when creating and moving to new systems.

Planning, Analysis, Design and Development:

• Meet with customers to translate complex requests for reporting, system, and data needs.
• Identify and advise on technical limitations, alternatives, data extraction methods, and create data collection tools as needed.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, managers, and leadership to define requirements and inform priorities and needs.

Report Generation:

• Create data visualizations and self-service solutions using Microsoft PowerBI.
• Write complex queries and run reports from the various OHSU data warehouses.
• Optimize SQL code for efficient execution.
