Data Business Analyst

As a Data Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and documenting the business rules and requirements necessary for the transformation of data that will be migrated from complex systems, including SAP ERP, SAP BW, SAP CRM, Salesforce and Azure Data Lake, to a unified architecture using PostgreSQL. Your role will be to ensure that the business needs are clearly translated into technical requirements, facilitating collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams.

Responsibilities: Analyze and document the business rules and requirements related to data migration, ensuring that all relevant aspects are considered. Work closely with stakeholders and business teams to identify needs and expectations regarding the data to be migrated. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather information, clarify doubts and align expectations between stakeholders. Collaborate with data engineers and data architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications for data transformations. Validate and ensure that the migrated data meets the business rules and defined requirements, performing tests and quality checks. Monitor and document the progress of the migration project, identifying possible deviations from the requirements and proposing solutions. Prepare and maintain clear and accessible documentation on business requirements, data transformation rules and validation processes. Foster effective communication between technical and business teams, ensuring that everyone is aware of the changes and impacts on the migration project.
