The Opportunity:
- Build the data science function from the ground up in a new venture.
- Define the discipline, methods, standards, and infrastructure for the team.
- Own the evidence layer and ensure all claims are defensible.
What You'll Do:
- Set the standard for rigor in experimental methods and statistical practices.
- Stand up instrumentation, data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics infrastructure.
- Identify what actually drives client outcomes and run experiments to validate hypotheses.
How We Work:
- You'll be part of a 12-person team operating like a startup with its own stack and mandate.
- Report directly to the venture lead alongside product, engineering, and go-to-market functions.
- Enjoy flexibility to work remote, on-site, or hybrid in the US, with a salary range of $170,000-$220,000.
