Job Description
You will act as a point of contact for all technical scopes, responsible for all technical tasks (incidents, requests, changes and problems). You will ensure that operational tools, processes and documentation are up to date and guarantee compliance with services (SLA). Required experience includes a degree (university/HES/ES/CFC) in computer science. Several years of professional experience in the IT world (ideally in a service company) and knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, DNS, DHCP, GPO. Knowledge of Powershell, Citrix Virtual Apps/Desktop or Netscaler, virtualization are extras, as well as ITIL knowledge. Must have objective and client orientation, entrepreneurial approach and behavior and assurance. Flexible, reliable and autonomous working method and strong communication skills required, along with fluency in French and English; knowledge of other national languages is an asset.
