Role Overview:
- Integrated in performance group under Head of Performance and category Lead Engineer.
- Participate in car systems setup, bench tests, lifing, event preparation, data analysis, and tool development.
- During events, work remote from office connected room or directly on-track for data and competitor analysis.
Requirements:
- Strong team player with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Some motorsport experience, possibly from internship.
- Ability to make quick, data-driven decisions under tight deadlines.
- Engineering or Master's degree with knowledge of vehicle dynamics, tires, and aerodynamics.
Extra Skills:
- Hands-on experience with electrical systems, data logging, sensors, CAD, 3D printing, and bench testing.
- Experience with racing simulations and tools like MM data software.
- Willingness to travel regularly and adapt to demanding event periods.
