Job Description
This is a contract role where you will dial into the voice of the customer to uncover insights that directly shape what we build next. You will also own onboarding and activation experience across all user segments. Experiments with go-to-market motions to find what drives sustainable growth. Other responsibilities include:
- Synthesizing customer feedback from sales calls, onboarding sessions, and usage data.
- Collaborating with marketing to align in-product experiences with lifecycle campaigns.
- Building and optimizing conversion funnels from awareness through activation.
