Role Description:

AI Delivery Experience:

  • Exposure to software delivery involving conversational AI.
  • Basic understanding of AI, LLM, or NLU concepts.
  • Ability to follow and document AI-related requirements.

Project Management Experience:

  • Up to 4 years of experience supporting customer-facing software projects.
  • Foundational understanding of AI, Agile, Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
