Role Description:
- Manage delivery of software and AI-enabled projects.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Track project progress and risks.
AI Delivery Experience:
- Exposure to software delivery involving conversational AI.
- Basic understanding of AI, LLM, or NLU concepts.
- Ability to follow and document AI-related requirements.
Project Management Experience:
- Up to 4 years of experience supporting customer-facing software projects.
- Foundational understanding of AI, Agile, Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
