Data Scientist

You'll partner with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities where data can drive innovation and improve outcomes. You will be required to mine and analyze large datasets to inform product development, marketing strategies, and business processes. You will build predictive models that optimize customer experiences, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. You will design and evaluate A/B tests to measure the impact of new product features and initiatives. You will be required to assess the quality and reliability of new data sources and collection methods and develop tools, processes, and dashboards to monitor model performance and ensure accuracy over time. Communicate findings clearly and effectively, turning data into compelling narratives for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
