Manage and coordinate statistical programming activities across clinical development projects.
Ensure delivery of high-quality SDTM, ADaM, and TLF outputs within budget and timelines.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee project activity, resource allocation, and performance management for the team.
Act as senior reviewer and support for complex client deliverables.
Contribute to departmental process improvements and standards development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, biostatistics, or computer science.
10+ years of experience in Statistical Programming using SAS and R, preferably in a CRO.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
