The Role:

  • Design and deliver internal solutions that improve data and workflows.
  • Combine architecture thinking, data automation, and end-to-end delivery.
  • Enjoy ownership, ambiguity, and shipping sustainable solutions.

What you bring (must-have):

  • 3+ years of proven experience building and delivering data/platform/process solutions.
  • Experience creating architecture from scratch with limited resources.
  • Strong skills in Python and SQL.

Location & working model:

  • Remote-first across Germany and the US
  • Relocation to Germany supported
