Product Designer

We're looking for an experienced and empathetic Product Designer to join our Product Design team. You will be involved in the design of all aspects of our customer experience, working closely with strategic partners in technology and product teams to bring our key initiatives to life. Be involved in the end-to-end design, development and implementation process by translating customer problems into solutions, design from workflow and interactions to high fidelity visual designs. You'll use strong analytical thinking to interpret data, validate design choices, and support decisions with evidence in the process. You'll work closely with a collaborative and cross-functional team to develop and implement a high-quality product experience in all stages of product development. You'll represent the Product Design & Research team in facilitating and contributing to design discussions and workshops, giving feedback in planning and product channels.This is a position remote based in Portugal.
