Job Description

The Revenue Operations (RevOps) team is crucial in maximising revenue and driving business growth by aligning and optimising revenue-generating functions to improve performance and profitability. The team achieves this goal by streamlining processes, enhancing data accuracy, and improving team communication.

Reporting into the Director of Revenue Operations (Global Client Services), you will partner with VPs across marketing, Product, and Revenue to understand how to acquire, onboard, and support our SMB clients. This will be done through executing key processes and account routing logic and developing strategic initiatives to improve how we operate. Zero defect process execution includes developing and executing processes around how we support our SMB clients, specifically where/how we route accounts based on acquisition type, opportunity size, region, and spend velocity. You will also help with business segment forecasting, identify operational inefficiencies, develop policies and procedures, and support key initiatives. StackAdapt is a remote-first company and open to candidates located anywhere in Canada for this position.
