Job Description
The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to their customers. They will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. They will act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors. They will forecast and monitor key account metrics to ensure performance goals are met. The account manager will identify growth opportunities within their territory and collaborate with sales teams to achieve targets. They will also manage high-priority requests and escalations promptly and effectively.
