Job Description
The Senior Analyst, Global Compensation role involves designing, analyzing, and maintaining Compassionβs global salary structures, as well as developing models and recommendations for global compensation programs. He or she must communicate concepts and plan details to employees at all levels of the ministry. This position evaluates competitive market pay levels for positions using standard evaluation techniques. The analyst also oversees the global annual merit increase process including analyzing field office salary funding budget gap to target and tracking and reconciling merit program input from US and field locations.
Additional responsibilities involve conducting compensation compliance reviews, developing and/or revising job descriptions, and providing coaching and mentoring to other staff. The person will advise and counsel HR, managers, and employees on compensation and other HR policies and procedures.
