Sr. Data Architect, AI & Analytics Platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement scalable, cloud-native analytics platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) enabling self-service access to insights and AI tools.
• Act as the hands-on bridge between business strategy and engineering teams, translating complex business rules into modular SQL/Python code and data models.
• Design, evolve, and automate measurement engines that compute campaign performance against massive retail transaction datasets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field with 8+ years of progressive experience in data engineering or analytics architecture.
• Strong background in CPG/Retail analytics, point-of-sale transactional data, and campaign measurement methodologies (Test vs. Control).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, database design, data modeling, ETL/ELT pipeline design, and API integration.

• The salary range for this position is $119,000 - $178,000 per year, with actual salaries varying based on skills and location.
