IT Talent Acquisition Intern

Training will be provided to support the following job duties: Collaborate with the IT EMEA Talent Acquisition Team to support recruitment efforts for various IT roles. Support Talent Acquisition Specialists and Managers during Intake Meetings, interfacing with Department Leaders to gather requirements and job specifications. Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes. Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment data and records. Work and collaborate with different stakeholders such as HR Local teams, HRBP, and employer branding teams to ensure alignment and support for recruitment initiatives. Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling interviews and managing communication with candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
