Job Description
Leadership and Strategy: Build and scale the Technical Account Management (TAM) function; define the operating model for large enterprises; partner with Sales, Marketing, and Support leadership.
Team Development: Hire, mentor, and develop a diverse team of Senior/Principal TAMs; set competency ladders and enablement paths; establish artifacts at scale such as onboarding kits and templates.
Account Ownership: Serve as executive-aligned TAM for strategic accounts; orchestrate quarterly executive business reviews; lead critical moments such as escalations and security incidents.
