Job Description

This pivotal role drives the growth of SiteMinder's global strategic accounts by acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert. You will leverage your deep understanding of hotel chain technical needs to design and implement innovative solutions, integrating complex tech stacks across PMS, CRS, and related systems.

Conduct in-depth discovery sessions with strategic accounts, focusing on understanding their unique business challenges and technical requirements to identify opportunities for tailored SiteMinder solutions. Analyze complex integration and delivery requirements, translating them into actionable solution designs. Lead the technical aspects of the RFP process, ensuring proposed solutions meet client needs and contribute to successful sales outcomes.

Present and articulate the value of SiteMinder's solutions to strategic accounts, demonstrating how they align with their existing technology infrastructure and business goals. Oversee the technical onboarding of new strategic accounts, ensuring smooth transitions and successful implementation of SiteMinder solutions. Collaborate with the strategic sales team to develop comprehensive solution proposals that address specific client needs.
