Job Description
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) serves as a trusted strategic partner for Availity’s most complex and high-value payer clients, making a direct impact on their success. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence product roadmaps to deliver real business outcomes. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for an enterprise-level payer client, building trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders. You'll lead executive business reviews and governance meetings to align on performance and strategic initiatives. The TAM owns the delivery of projects, enhancements, and incident resolution for assigned accounts.
