Role Responsibilities:
- Lead 10 or more virtual orientation sessions per week, creating an engaging and informative onboarding experience.
- Assess caregiver competencies, judgment, and professionalism through real-time discussions and scenario-based evaluations.
- Make informed hiring recommendations based on safety, empathy, communication, and quality of care standards.
- Deliver targeted training, reassessments, and upskilling programs for ongoing performance improvement.
Candidate Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience facilitating training, teaching, employee onboarding, or adult learning programs.
- Experience presenting and engaging audiences in a virtual environment using video conferencing technology.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate performance, exercise sound judgment, and make quality-based decisions.
Compensation & Culture:
- Hourly hiring range of $24.75–$27.90 USD, with equity and 401(k) match up to 4%.
