Responsibilities:

Partner with product, business, and engineering teams to identify data needs and define metrics for decision making.
Design, build, and own scalable data pipelines and data models that power analytics and reporting.
Drive improvements in data quality, reliability, and observability, including ownership of SLAs for critical pipelines.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in data-focused roles such as Analytics Engineering or Data Engineering.
Advanced SQL skills and experience designing scalable data models, especially for financial metrics and user behavior.
Hands-on experience with modern data stacks, including Snowflake, dbt, and cloud platforms like AWS.
