Own and evolve PIXAR, our design system, ensuring product consistency and scalability. Oversee the entire design process, setting a non-negotiable bar for quality and consistent design standards.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Drive, manage, and lead our team of product designers, focusing on accountability for delivery. Actively mentor the team, focusing on raising the collective bar for design execution. Ensure the team's continuous professional development and growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Growth to efficiently translate product goals into impactful, high-quality design solutions. Be the voice of the user within the company. Advocate for solutions grounded in research and design best practices.
