Job Description
- Team Leadership & Performance Management: Lead and manage a team of Digital Marketing Specialists, ensuring performance targets and KPIs are consistently met. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and skills development sessions. Foster a results-driven team culture with accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Digital Marketing Oversight: Oversee and review digital marketing deliverables to ensure alignment with brand, strategy, and client expectations. Provide expert guidance in either Website/Funnel Building or Social Media Strategy & Management. Support the team with troubleshooting, creative direction, and technical problem-solving.
- Workflow & Project Management: Assign and manage workload across the team to balance capacity and deadlines. Improve and optimize internal processes, SOPs, and quality checkpoints. Track work progress through project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello).
