Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, drive continuous improvement, and oversee expense tracking and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with 5-7 years in red team program management or physical penetration testing.
  • Expertise in red team operations, physical security testing, and covert entry techniques.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills for managing global teams and reporting to senior leadership.

Working Conditions:

  • Fully remote role with travel to client sites required periodically.
  • Exposure to sensitive information, regular computer usage, and occasional lifting of small objects.
